9/7/11 Rainbow Foods Trip
I don't usually shop at Rainbow, but when I do I often get some great deals! Today was no different, even though I had to rework my groceries several times due to some items being out of stock. And for those who don't know it, on Wednesdays and Saturdays, Rainbow will double 5 manufacturer coupons up to $1. You need to have a $25 minimum before coupons to have your coupons doubled. Today I did two transactions:

Mackenthun's of Waconia Ad-Match for 9/9-9/15/11
A few notes before we get to the deals. I recently found out two things about Mackenthun's coupon policy: 1) Even if it says Manufacturer Coupon, Mackenthun's will not take a coupon from a competitor's ad. They said it was coupon fraud. I am going to try to research this some more, but as of right now that is their policy. 2) Mackenthun's will give overages. Recently I paid for a $0.99 item with a $1.00 coupon. And they gave me the total value of the coupon. Now I doubt they would give it back to you in cash, but I used the $0.01 towards my other groceries. One other note, I am in the process of getting Mackenthun's official coupon policy. Once I do, I will post it.

Mackenthun's of Waconia Ad-Match for 9/2-9/8/11
A few notes before we get to the deals. I recently found out two things about Mackenthun's coupon policy: 1) Even if it says Manufacturer Coupon, Mackenthun's will not take a coupon from a competitor's ad. They said it was coupon fraud. I am going to try to research this some more, but as of right now that is their policy. 2) Mackenthun's will give overages. Recently I paid for a $0.99 item with a $1.00 coupon. And they gave me the total value of the coupon. Now I doubt they would give it back to you in cash, but I used the $0.01 towards my other groceries. One other note, I am in the process of getting Mackenthun's official coupon policy. Once I do, I will post it. Well, here we gooooooooooo..........
