Jubilee Foods of Mound is one of only a few grocery stores in the Twin Cities that doubles coupons. Please note, they only double up to $0.50. For example, a $0.50 coupon would become $1.00, a $0.45 coupon would become $0.90, but a $0.60 coupon would stay $0.60.
